Essence Day Spa is a local, woman-owned business that began with the bare minimum in November 2018 and has since persevered through hurricanes and a pandemic to now thrive. The space has been newly remodeled and expanded, doubling in size and offering quality treatments to locals and tourists alike. 

 

Our goal is to help introduce more people to the world of self care. We believe that self care is not just a luxury, but rather a necessary part of life. It is like a reset button for your body and mind, allowing you to take a break from the stressors of everyday life and focus on yourself.
