When you book an appointment with us, you are affirming that you have read, understand, and respect our policies and staff. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented these policies for this reason. 


 Please respect our time. Our small business relies on YOU to show up.


Cancellation Policy

How to properly contact the spa to make changes/cancel your appointment:


If you call (843-839-0841) and the voicemail picks up, you MUST leave a clear, detailed voicemail.


Utilize the Contact Tab located here on the website. 


NO CALL NO SHOW: What this means is: We were available, You were not. We did not hear from you and were unable to give your reserved appointment to another Client. When this happens, your card on file will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services.


24-HOUR POLICY: You have up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within the 24-hour time frame, your card on file will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services.


UNDER 24-HOUR SCHEDULING: If you have scheduled an appointment that is less than 24 hours, you have until 5 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel/reschedule. Anything within the 5 hours of your scheduled time frame, your card on file will be charged half the amount of your scheduled services.


Booking

All services require full payment when booking, along with a valid card on file.

Gift Cards:

  • If you have a gift card from Square, please bring that into your appointment; you are still required to hold a valid card on file. We may also take payment at the time of booking and will refund your method of payment when your appointment is over.
  • Do NOT attempt to enter your Square Gift Card information in the fields when booking online.
  • Vagaro Gift Cards may be entered into the online booking to apply as payment when booking online.


Please inform us at the time of booking of the following:


  • Preference of a Male or Female Massage Therapist
  • Pregnant
  • Any sensitivities or allergies


Upon Arrival

Please use a quiet spa voice when entering. We ask that all phone calls be completed outside before entering the building and ringers turned to silent.


Be sure to check your email before your appointment day to ensure you have filled out the required forms for your services. If you are having trouble locating them, please give us a call and we will help you.


Please be informed that we strictly prohibit the entry of additional guests who are not availing of our services.


Late Arrivals:


Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability. However, to avoid disrupting the appointments of other guests, the length of service may be adjusted accordingly.


Unaccompanied Minors/Children

During your treatment, we strictly prohibit the presence of children, toddlers, and/or babies anywhere on the premises. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, it is necessary for the safety and comfort of our guests.


Privacy Policy

Please be assured that any information you provide on your intake forms is kept completely confidential. It will only be used for analysis during the time of your services. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
