Reiki

Reiki is a non-invasive, evidence-informed energy therapy that supports the body’s natural healing processes. Administered by trained practitioners through light touch or hands-off techniques, Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and may improve emotional and physical well-being. It is often used as a complementary approach alongside conventional medical or therapeutic treatments.


Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes and take place in a quiet, comfortable setting. Clients remain fully clothed while lying on a treatment table. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of positions on or just above the body. Most clients report a sense of deep relaxation during the session, and some experience warmth, tingling, or emotional release.


Following a Reiki session, clients are encouraged to rest, hydrate well, and allow time for integration of the experience. While some individuals may feel immediate effects, others notice gradual changes over time. Regular sessions may be recommended depending on your goals and overall wellness plan.
